Don't call him Ranier. He goes by Rat. He's been a rebel and a punker since he was 13, and by 18 his wealthy parents kicked him out after his second juvie arrest for Breaking and Entering. Since then, he's lived the (literal) high life as a drug dealer, supplying his (way too) hard-working best friend, Ethan Drake. He provides Ethan with booze and drugs, and Ethan tells him which lodge rooms he can squat in because they're empty.

Brawn: Normal	+ RUN AWAY! (Positive) Like Shaggy and Scooby, Rat tends to flee like the wind whenever trouble crops up. This is because he's used to having drugs of some sort on his person and getting arrested sucks.
Finesse: Normal	+ Breaking and Entering (Positive) He's great with locks and alarm systems and such. He's been doing this for years, just for the purpose of squatting in homes, apartments, and now rooms at the lodge, because he's otherwise homeless.
Brains: Normal	- Stoner (Negative) Yeah, there are considerably fewer brain cells active in his noggin than most. He is pretty much always stoned and/or drunk and his decision making is poor.
Spirit: Normal	+ Oddly Charming (Positive) His customers love him because he's a bit more laid back than the average drug dealer. He likes to share free samples and gives people time to pay.
