Members and Associates

Manticore (Archetype)

Role: Calligraphy, Illuminated texts
Age: Mid 30s
Played by: Rufus Sewell

When the Cooch Tent is dark, or during the day when he gets bored and restless, Sebastianus will sell calligraphy and illuminated text pages among the vendors. Olivia primarily runs this stall with him.

Selene Moreau (Archetype)

Role: Fortune Teller
Age: mid-20s

'Selene' does simple card readings in her trailer for those in great need, but only during the day. She claims to be from a long line of seers and oracles, but is evasive regarding the details.

She is never seen outside the trailer, though often goes missing in the evening.

Theodoros (Archetype)

Role: Apothecary
Age: 40

Formerly an entertainer, the former hypnotist has taken up trade as an apothecary for the past year -- though the tent he operates runs more in the vein of an opium den than anything else. He's seldom seen outside of the tent, when the Carnival is set, or his trailer, when on the move.

Mèng Pó (Archetype)

Role: Apothecary / Tearoom
Age: Late 30s-Early 40s

She helps run the apothecary with Theodoros, providing an air of legitimacy to the enterprise with her contribution of Chinese herbal and medicinal knowledge (and sensational Eastern superstition if the situation calls for it).

Separate from this she runs a small tearoom where she will entertain guests in ones or twos. It tends to be more empty than not, but it is there should someone require it.

Holly Majors (Supporting Role)

Role: Fortune Teller
Age: 28

One of Colorado's followers. Holly reads Tarot cards and palms as a fortune teller. Her main job is as Colorado's "assistant".

Gorgeous (Supporting Role)

Role: Pie Vendor
Age: 40s

Constance makes and sells small pies. She's quite cheerful and comes across as someone's wholesome mom who is inexplicably part of a carnival.

Kamilla Galli ( The North Star)

Role: Fortune Teller's Assistant
Age: mid-30s
Played by: Theda Bara

Assists during the day doing readings with 'Selene'.

Dan Bishop (Supporting Role)

Role: Peanut Vendor
Age: 20s

Sells roasted peanuts to the visitors from a cart at the carnival.

Jeanette Truveau (Supporting Role)

Role: Seamstress
Age: 20s

Jeanette is a seamstress by trade and will mend anything that needs mending, from tents and banners to costumes and day to day clothing. She also sells some of the things that she makes, little hand-sewn pouches and trinkets.

Fiona O'Leary (Supporting Role)

Role: Perfumer and Cosmetics
Age: 30's
Played by: Alexandra Breckenridge

Fiona promises love potion-like perfumes that will attract anyone of the opposite sex as well as cosmetics and creams of all sorts that can make any woman look younger and more beautiful.

(2019-03-22 • Carnival Grounds - Cooch Tent) Nemesis tracks down her prey and his young girl-toy to the Cooch Tent where she pulls the strings of Fate while weighing out his misdeeds. Meanwhile, the Burlesque show is going on with a Mermaid and the Diamond Devil as their guest performers. Some time after all is said and done, Cedric, Sky and Thomas have a discussion about an odd radio advert that Thomas had heard.
